As these new articles are being sent with new members in mind, I thought of an item of interest they may not of heard of. There once was a time when there were no federal laws to keep students from carrying weapons to school. I'm not talking about swiss army knives in the pocket, hatchets in the trunk or such. What I'm relaying is this; it was a common sight to see shotguns and rifles of all makes and value in the racks of UNLOCKED cars and trucks all day, everyday at my high school and for years before I attended.
So there we have all these evil tools of human destruction and no federal or state law prohibiting them being there. According to Handgun Control Inc. and the other liberal liars, it should've been a bloodbath that went on for years. There were many hellions, me among them and yet not one shot fired at another.
Loaded, easily accessible high caliber weapons within the school parking lot, yet no killings or even attempts. The government passes some feel-good legislation that strictly prohibits ANY so called weapons - be they butterknives, or even pointing your finger and going "pow" and you are a kid with a record under project Exile/ zero tolerance. Did the kids of the '70's have stress forced upon them, hell yes.
Drugs, divorce was commonplace, there were no such things as "sensitivity sessions" or such crap - not that I would have attended - or the politically correct junk that gets shoved down our throats today.
The liberals have ruined this country, we must save what grace we can.
