   BALANCE OF POWER

It still amazes me that those who want victim-disarmament think adding more laws will help the victims of crimes involving firearms. These same people claim they want more laws against freedom "for the children". Accidental deaths from firearms are lower now than ever, and firearm ownership is higher than ever. In case you have missed previous articles, it is proven that HCI and other freedom hating groups lie on the stats of gun-related deaths in order to pull at the heartstrings of well intentioned, but wrong sheeple. From these lies comes groups such as the million mom morons, the bell campaign, etc.

I will try to keep this as simple as possible in case any liberals read this. If someone is hitting you in the arm, do you stand there and keep yelling "stop" while they keep hitting you, or move out of range? What if you can't escape their range, will yelling "stop!" louder help? So, how long do you yell while being attacked? Now it's not as innocent as a few punches in the arm, what if it is your face? How long can you yell while a stronger person, with evil intent decides to do with you as he wishes? Would yelling help at all -- no. And this is where HCI and the soccer mom elite leave you.

There is good news, on the average of two and a half million times a year, firearms are used to stop violent crimes BEFORE they are committed. Don't count on your Jackie Chan abilities you learned at your self-defense class to help you when the crap hits the fan. The liberals will tell you that you have no need to own a firearm, you have 911.

There are at last count, 83 million gun owners who know that we have the God given right to defend ourselves, and will use it. Not only against the criminal on the street, but against a tyranny as well.
